    READ FAQ on Enzymes here

Digestive enzymes decline after the age of thirty and some people don't produce enough digestive enzymes for various reasons.

Enzymes assist in breaking down dietary fats, carbohydrates and proteins, helping to reduce bloating and feeling of excessive fullness after a meal

Relieve symptoms of lactose intolerance as Enzymes Aid in the digestion of lactose

Enzymes maintain healthy digestive function by digesting food into smaller molecules enabling your body to absorb the minerals and vitamins from the food you eat, which in turn can help improve energy levels, reduce inflammation and allergies as well as reduce skin outbreaks

Enzymes {digest + debloat} is a synergistic blend of enzymes important for the digestion of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Enzymes {digest+debloat} is comprised of a proprietary blend of digestive enzymes to support optimal digestion of food.

Deficiency of endogenous production of digestive enzymes can lead to gas, bloating, constipation, malabsorption and a feeling of fullness after eating only a small quantity of food

    Lactose intolerance

The formula includes the enzyme tilactase, which helps break down lactose and cellulase.

    Pancreatic enzymes

The pancreas produces enzymes that are required for the digestion and absorption of food. Enzymes secreted by the pancreas include lipases that digest fats, proteases that digest proteins, and amylases that digest starch (carbohydrates).

    Optimal health

The health of the digestive tract is crucial for the overall health of the body. If food is not digested properly and toxins are not eliminated, it becomes very difficult to achieve optimal health. In addition.

    Plant Enzymes

The enzymes in Enzymes {digest+debloat} are derived from Aspergillus fungi, it is important to mention that fungal-derived enzymes are highly purified from the fungal organism and that these fungi are not the same as yeast (Candida Albicans) and cannot promote or cause any kind of fungal infection.15 “Many people who are sensitive to mold can take these enzymes with no problems. Often, fungal enzymes are better tolerated than enzymes from plant latex sources, such as papaya and pineapple.

    Candida

Undigested food also allows yeast organisms to thrive. Thus, those with Candida Albicans may benefit from Enzymes {digest+debloat} supplementation with their meals.

Start slowly. Start by taking 1 tablet with a meal. Then increase to 2 tablets with a meal. Consider the size of the meal. 1 tablet may be enough for a small meal and a larger meal would require 2 tablets

You can take the tablets just before a meal, with the meal or at the earliest 30 mins prior to a meal.

    Tips for better digestion

Remember to chew your food thoroughly and never rush a meal. Take a few minutes before a meal to relax by taking 5 long breaths, this enables your parasympathetic nervous system to kick in which is your rest and digest mode. Food is poorly digested when the sympathetic nervous system is activated, which is your fight or flight mode (stress mode)

NO ADDED: gluten, dairy, lactose, seeds or nuts.
