If you don’t suffer from gut issues (i.e. bloating, fatigue after meals, gas, diarrhoea, etc.) you can start on the powders’ full dosages:
FEED:
2 tsp in water, coconut water or smoothie
REPAIR:
1 heaped tsp in water, coconut water or smoothies
If you suffer from gut issues such as bloating, fatigue after eating, gas and or diarrhoea/constipation, please follow the below instructions:
REPAIR: 1 tsp in liquid, increase to a heaped tsp over 1 week
FEED: ¼ tsp in liquid then slowly increase to 2 tsp per day.
Increase the dosage when you don’t experience any symptoms after taking the ¼ tsp.
Let your gut guide you as to how quickly you can increase the dosage. Rumbling or discomfort indicate you have gone a little too quickly, pull back and wait until these symptoms disappear then slowly increase again.
-
You can take the powders at any time of the day.
Consistency is key. Most people take them in the morning either in water, coconut water or juice or have it in a smoothie.Others use it as an afternoon pick-me-up.
REPAIR contains glutamine which can help curb sugar cravings and superfoods that provide vitamins and minerals to improve energy.
Once you reach the full dosage, we recommend doing a 2 week gut reset.
take the powders twice daily for 2 weeks to boost your gut health and speed up the skin glow.
After the 2 weeks, return to taking the maintenance dosage - 1 a day

Take your enzyme supplement with your meals, no more than 15-30 minutes beforehand.
Having it too early can reduce its effectiveness and cause nausea. Having it with food ensures that its working to break down that meal, prevents bloating and helps you absorb the nutrients in your food.
-
Enzymes may help you if you suffer from
Bloating,
Feeling excessively full
Fatigued after a meal
Indigestion
Enzymes break down the food you eat into small particles making it easier for your digestive system to assimilate all the nutrients such as vitamins and minerals from the food that you eat, which in turn will give you more nutrients for regenerating cells (think hair and skin) as well as producing energy and providing nutrients for hormone production and the nervous system.
Supplemental enzymes are often prescribed by naturopaths to reduce food sensitivities and improve outcomes in health conditions that impair healthy digestive processes; for example chronic stress, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune conditions (particularly Hashimotos thyroiditis) and SIBO or candida overgrowth.
-
No studies have determined if the powders or the enzymes are safe to use in pregnancy. Please always consult with your healthcare provider before taking any powders or supplements.

We use Verisol collagen from Germany. The most absorbable collagen available.
Collagen is measured in molecular weight and the lower the molecular weight the more absorbable is the collagen.
Why we use bovine collagen:
1: It has the lowest molecular weight at 2000kDA. Marine collagen sits around 3000kDA making it less absorbable
2: For sustainability purposes: Bovine collagen is collected from the hide, which would otherwise be considered a waste product.
-
Yes, you can. The vitamins and minerals formulated in REPAIR are all derived from food sources so you will not overdose on them. There is no reason to take other collagen while taking REPAIR as it contains 3g of Verisol per serve. Research shows that using 2.5g per day is the optimal amount,
FEED can be taken with most other supplements. Be careful if you introduce more prebiotics and fibre into you diet that you accompany this with additional water intake.
