High Protein Choc Nut Smoothie

Sometimes no matter what we do we can't help but crave a thick delicious chocolate smoothie, the kind that brings us back to childhood.  Well we have the much healthier, cleaner version for you here that includes our chocolate PROTEIN that combines both the benefits of collagen and WPI into one.

Serves 1

Ingredients

1/2 cup of your desired milk or coconut water

1/2 a frozen banana (frozen is best if you can to create a thicker texture)

1 wedge of avocado (we used 1/6 of an avocado)

2 tsp of your choice of nut butters (we used 1tsp peanut and 1tsp of cashew)

1 serve of PROTEIN {collagen+WPI} Chocolate

1 serve of FEED {gut+immune}

1 tsp chia seeds

Ice

Optional Topping: Cacao nibs

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together in a blender, top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
