— 1 cup of egg whites
— 1 cup of cottage cheese
— 2 teaspoons of The Gut Co PROTEIN powder
— 1 cup of oats
— ½ tsp of vanilla paste
— sprinkle of cinnamon

Toppings: We love toasted coconut or toasted pistachios with a drizzle of organic dark chocolate.


Blend all ingredients and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken batter. Add ghee to your pan and cook like normal pancakes. A drizzle of pure maple syrup and enjoy!
