FEED is our naturopathically formulated blend of prebiotics and probiotics which act as food for your good gut bacteria.
A 5g daily dosage (the dosage contained in one serve of FEED) of partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) has been shown to reduce constipation as well as increase your counts of Bifidobacteria and lactobacillus. The prebiotic effect of Acacia gum feeds good bacteria and helps restore the gut lining. Saccharomyces boulardii (SB) is lactose and dairy-free, and one of the most researched probiotics for various conditions. SB has been shown to reduce traveler’s and antibiotic-induced diarrhea and protect against bad bacteria. We have also added a soil-based probiotic that has been shown to help with SIBO, IBS and improve the health of the microbiome. FEED also contains 126% RDI of vitamin D from a vegan source (Vitashine) of vitamin D3.
Mix 8g (1 heaped tsp) into 250mL of water or other liquid once or twice a day.
FEED is virtually tasteless and can be taken in plain water, added to your tea or coffee or added to your smoothie or protein shaker.
I often add a large scoop to my water on the go and sip it over a few hours.

I started using repair and feed together, once a day everyday since 6 April 2022, and I have noticed that my bloating has improved. Normally my stomach would bloat and stay bloated the next morning even if I had a small meal or barely ate.
I'm still struggling with my sleep which is what I was hoping could inadvertently be improved with the pre and probiotics but my cravings for sugary treats significantly reduced within the second or third week which has been brilliant and I don't feel the need for more than one cup of coffee.
I'm hoping my hair loss will start to improve but I have noticed that my breakouts have reduced. I will need to monitor my skin as my cycle approaches. Thank you gut and co. I'm happy to have taken the leap of faith in your products.
