A 5g daily dosage (the dosage contained in one serve of FEED) of partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) has been shown to reduce constipation as well as increase your counts of Bifidobacteria and lactobacillus. The prebiotic effect of Acacia gum feeds good bacteria and helps restore the gut lining. Saccharomyces boulardii (SB) is lactose and dairy-free, and one of the most researched probiotics for various conditions. SB has been shown to reduce traveler’s and antibiotic-induced diarrhea and protect against bad bacteria. We have also added a soil-based probiotic that has been shown to help with SIBO, IBS and improve the health of the microbiome. FEED also contains 126% RDI of vitamin D from a vegan source (Vitashine) of vitamin D3

Mix 8g (1 heaped tsp) into 250mL of water or other liquid once or twice a day.
