How to take
Start slowly. Start by taking 1 tablet with a meal. Then increase to 2 tablets with a meal. Consider the size of the meal. 1 tablet may be enough for a small meal and a larger meal would require 2 tablets
You can take the tablets just before a meal, with the meal or the earliest 30 mins prior to a meal.
Tips for better digestion
Remember to chew your food thoroughly and never rush a meal. Take a few minutes before a meal to relax by taking 5 long breaths, this enables your parasympathetic nervous system to kick in which is your rest and digest mode. Food is poorly digested when the sympathetic nervous system is activated, which is your fight or flight mode (stress mode)
