FEED and REPAIR can be taken together in water, juice, coconut water or a smoothie. One serving a day is ideal for maintenance, while two servings can help your body bounce back after a period of suboptimal health choices.

Mix 8g (2 tsp) of FEED into 250mL of water or any preferred liquid, once or twice a day. Ensure to stir vigorously as the probiotics like to stick together.

Mix 7g (1 heaped tsp) of REPAIR into 250mL of water or your favourite beverage once or twice daily.

Sunfiber® — Partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG)

PHGG is the world’s most researched soluble fibre, proven to increase levels of beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus. This, in turn, boosts short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which offer numerous benefits, including reduced inflammation, improved nutrient absorption, and enhanced longevity. As a regulating fibre, PHGG helps balance digestion by alleviating both constipation and diarrhoea, promoting optimal gut motility.

Fibregum™ — Acacia gum

Fibregum is a patented prebiotic fibre that is able to increase the beneficial bacteria of the gut, while also helping to restore the gut lining.

These prebiotic fibres are both FODMAP friendly and help to restore the gut lining, reduce blood sugar levels and hunger.

Probiotics

Saccharomyces boulardii is one of the most well-documented, backed by over 50 years of clinical research. It’s known for preventing dysbiosis, restoring a healthy microbiota, and supporting immune function.

      Favourite for leaky gut

      The only quality product on the market that seems to help my gut barrier and digestion. My naturopath reccomended it to me. I suggest using a milk frother to blend the formulas as the feed gets a gluey tacky texture (the good stuff)

      Still new at taking these two products

      This is likely something you have to take for a while before actually noticing a difference. I’ve been taking these two products for less than two months, which just isn’t long enough to make a thoughtful review. The pink powder tastes good, and I mix a teaspoon of the pink with a teaspoon of the white powder in the morning. It’s a refreshing drink to take each day.

      Love love love

      Absolutely love both of these products! I can feel and see the difference they both make so much. I bloat so much less and my skin is amazing, so much so that I keep getting compliments and people asking how and what I’ve done to make my skin so clear and glowy. After taking consistently for over half a year now, I couldn’t imagine going without it. I’ve recommended it to so many friends as I now swear by it!

      Noticeable difference

      I’ve been taking Feed for almost 4 weeks now, but I noticed an improvement after just 2 weeks. Less bloating and it’s helped with my MCAS issues, which is the whole reason I wanted to try it. Hopefully things will continue to improve.
