FEED and REPAIR dissolve easily in any liquid.

ENZYMES - start by taking 1 capsule with a meal. Then increase to 2 capsules with a meal. Consider the size of the meal. 1 capsule may be enough for a small meal and a larger meal would require 2 capsules.

You can take the capsules just before a meal, with the meal or at the earliest 20 mins prior to a meal.
