A crucial part of my daily routine!
This round of lockdown, I've been committed to making two big lifestyle changes to help support my health as I hit the big 3-0.
First, I've been losing weight through intermittent fasting. I normally break my fast with a post-workout protein shake, but the cravings to start chowing down excessively come quickly after. Not so with FEED - for some reason or another, it helps keep my cravings in check until it's time to eat on my terms!
Second, I've developed an absurd caffeine addiction. My 2pm coffee no longer gets me through the tail end of the day - I end up dehydrated and crashing by 4p!. The solution? A bit of FEED, some coconut water, and a cucumber garnish. Talk about refreshing! Now I have energy to get me through the end of my work day!
