What the results mean and how we test

Heavy metals like lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury exist naturally in soil and water, so tiny traces can appear in almost any food, supplement, or cosmetic, but we always select our ingredients so that our products have the lowest amount possible and way below the Therapeutic Goods Limit.

Our testing method is reliable and we follow strict scientific criteria in reporting which is why you see < (less than). When you see <0.01 mg/kg it means the test did not detect measurable amount.

FEED is a naturopathically formulated blend of prebiotics and probiotics designed to nourish your good gut bacteria. Enhanced with vegan vitamin D3 and K2, it offers an added immune boost. Featuring carefully selected ingredients like partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), Acacia gum, Saccharomyces boulardii (SB), and a powerful soil-based probiotic, FEED helps address constipation, diarrhoea, SIBO, and IBS while promoting overall gut health. It also delivers 126% of the recommended daily intake of vegan vitamin D and an active form of vitamin K2 for optimal absorption.

Each serving of FEED provides over 7 grams of fibre and 10 billion CFUs of probiotics, with clinically researched dosages. The probiotics are stable, resistant to stomach acid, and don’t require refrigeration. They are also resistant to antibiotics and can be taken concomitantly.

FEED is completely flavourless and can be easily mixed into any cold or warm drink, smoothie, or stirred into yoghurt, food or even coffee and matcha.

Sunfiber® — Partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG)

PHGG is the world’s most researched soluble fibre, proven to increase levels of beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus. This, in turn, boosts short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which offer numerous benefits, including reduced inflammation, improved nutrient absorption, and enhanced longevity. As a regulating fibre, PHGG helps balance digestion by alleviating both constipation and diarrhoea, promoting optimal gut motility.

Fibregum™ — Acacia gum

Fibregum is a patented prebiotic fibre that is able to increase the beneficial bacteria of the gut, while also helping to restore the gut lining.

These prebiotic fibres are both FODMAP friendly and help to restore the gut lining, reduce blood sugar levels and hunger.

Probiotics

Saccharomyces boulardii is one of the most well-documented, backed by over 50 years of clinical research. It’s known for preventing dysbiosis, restoring a healthy microbiota, and supporting immune function.

Bacillus coagulans BC30™ is a trademarked probiotic strain that helps prevent harmful pathogens from adhering to the gut lining and enhances the digestion of carbohydrates and proteins. It does this by releasing lactic acid and other metabolites that help regulate pH levels in the small intestine.

{why we made this}

FEED {gut + immune} was originally developed for my clients when I couldn’t find prebiotics and probiotics in the dosages that delivered the results I had seen in clinical practice and medical research. I began formulating the powders myself, and once I witnessed the incredible outcomes — improved digestion, reduced bloating, and enhanced overall gut health — I knew I had to bring FEED to a larger audience. It became the first product designed to support gut health by improving digestion, nutrient absorption, and relieving issues like constipation and diarrhoea. Gut repair for my autoimmune
I’ve been using this combo since a friend got me onto The Gut Co.

Favourite for leaky gut
The only quality product on the market that seems to help my gut barrier and digestion. My naturopath reccomended it to me. I suggest using a milk frother to blend the formulas as the feed gets a gluey tacky texture (the good stuff)
