Gut Loving Smoothies

Nourish yourself with a refreshing berry, chocolate or green smoothie, brimming with antioxidants and gut loving ingredients to improve and repair your gut. Smoothies are great in the morning or can be used as an afternoon pick me up snack that will kill off any cravings and give you sustained energy.

Combining together antioxidants, gut-nourishing fibre and both our Gut Powders FEED and REPAIR. When paired together these powders complement each other and provide a complete supercharged health regime that will give you glowing, supple skin with increased resilience to skin issues such as acne and reduced signs of ageing. Stronger nails and a healthy digestive, immune, and nervous system.

These smoothies are equal parts delicious and nutritious. 

Berry Smoothie

  • 1 heaped tsp REPAIR
  • 2 tsp FEED
  • 1tablespoon flaxseeds
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp of protein powder of your choice ( I prefer a vanilla flavoured WPI but pea protein can also work)
  • 1 cup of coconut water
METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.

Chocolate smoothie

  • 1 heaped tsp REPAIR
  • 2 tsp FEED
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp of protein powder of your choice ( I prefer a vanilla flavoured WPI but pea protein can also work)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of coconut water
METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.

Green smoothie

  • 1 heaped tsp REPAIR
  • 2 tsp FEED
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of protein powder of your choice ( I prefer a vanilla flavoured WPI but pea protein can also work)
  • 1/4 frozen banana 
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp green powder of choice or 2 stalks of kale
  • 1 cup of coconut water 
METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
